Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
- AstroNetwork strives to provide valuable and satisfactory consulting services
to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the service
provided, we offer a refund under certain conditions.
- Refunds will be granted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via
email at AstroNetworkapp@gmail.com with their
purchase details and reason for dissatisfaction.
- Refunds will only be issued for unused consulting sessions or if the service
provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the
original transaction.

Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can cancel their consulting session with AstroNetwork without
penalty up to 01 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Cancellations made within 02 hours of the scheduled session time may incur a
cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the session fee.
- To cancel a session, customers must notify AstroNetwork via email at infoAstroNetwork@gmail.com
with their booking details.
- AstroNetwork reserves the right to cancel consulting sessions due to
unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or consultant unavailability.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and alternative
arrangements will be offered.
3.
Exceptions:
- No refunds or cancellations will be granted for consulting sessions that have
already been conducted, except in cases where the service provided was
significantly below the expected standard.
- AstroNetwork reserves the right to review and update this refund and
cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
