At Astronetwork, we have customized pricing according to the services rendered. The pricing details are provided beforehand based on the effort, efficiency, and output of the service. Typically, the range of transactions on our Android applications varies from INR 49 to INR 1999 (excluding GST) per user per session.
Some services and products are available for fixed durations, which are clearly mentioned in the service or product description. The period of usage may vary from 1 month to 6 months.
We are committed to offering the best possible prices. If you find a service or product with similar professionalism and features from another provider, we will consider price matching.
If a service or product you purchased is reduced in price within one week of your booking or order, we do not offer sale adjustments. If you have booked a slot for a service, rescheduling generally results in cancellation of the booking/order(s). Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
We work hard to ensure accurate pricing. However, in case of errors, if the actual service or product price is higher than the displayed price, we will cancel your booking or order and notify you.
Users can cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Orders for physical products can be canceled only before they are shipped.
In case of a system failure or a technical issue preventing the session from taking place, users may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Refunds for services are processed only if the service is not delivered due to an error on our part.
No refund will be provided for successfully availed services.
Refunds for physical products are available only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7-10 business days.
Digital services and consultations are non-returnable.
Physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
We provide both digital services and physical products.
All digital products, reports, or services will be delivered electronically via the mobile application, email, or other specified digital mediums.
Users will receive confirmation of their purchase and access details immediately after the payment is successfully processed.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.
